Jake P Noch was making hundreds of false copyrights claims against total strangers on SoundCloud and release own music using titles of recent big hits like "Taki, Taki", or all the different albums with the same tracks in them.

I dont know him and his fake Pro Music Rights "company"!!He’s never contacted me and I have no way to contact him. how am I supposed to sue him in court when he is a ghost?
